RN MDS Director

RN MDS Director qualifications include:

  • Current Georgia RN License
  • 5 years of MDS experience
  • Extensive knowledge of MDS/CAAs/Care plan completion for all disciplines (including CNA task list)
  • Extensive knowledge of Georgia Case mix and Medicare PDPM
  • Knowledge of Medicare Cert and Re-cert completion
  • Proficient in setting up diagnosis sheets for billing
  • Detail-oriented and excellent time management skills
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations
  • Knowledge of Casper reports
  • Critical thinker/Problem solver
  • Experience working in an Eden Alternative community preferred
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication/interviewing skills
  • Ability to lead and foster team work with all departments
  • Good documentation skills
  • Strong organization skills
  • EMR knowledge, preferably experience with PCC (PointClickCare)
