Requirements |
RN MDS Director qualifications include:
- Current Georgia RN License
- 5 years of MDS experience
- Extensive knowledge of MDS/CAAs/Care plan completion for all disciplines (including CNA task list)
- Extensive knowledge of Georgia Case mix and Medicare PDPM
- Knowledge of Medicare Cert and Re-cert completion
- Proficient in setting up diagnosis sheets for billing
- Detail-oriented and excellent time management skills
- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations
- Knowledge of Casper reports
- Critical thinker/Problem solver
- Experience working in an Eden Alternative community preferred
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent customer service and communication/interviewing skills
- Ability to lead and foster team work with all departments
- Good documentation skills
- Strong organization skills
- EMR knowledge, preferably experience with PCC (PointClickCare)
