Position Information

Qualified applicant will have served as the Director of Nursing in Long Term care in a Nursing Home setting for 3-5 years preferably, supervising and maintaining the nursing department consisting of LPN's, RN's and C.N.A.'s. The qualified applicant will have knowledge of state and federal regulations as it applies to the role of DON. The applicant will have a good work record and possess the ability to perform the duties of the Director of Nursing while multi-tasking daily. The preferred applicant will lead the department in good performance surveys that show case her/his ability to maintain compliance standards per state and federal guidelines.
