Position Information

We are seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator to lead our facility, who is a dynamic, experienced licensed administrator in Georgia to lead and manage our skilled nursing facility. Our company is looking for a professional who shares our philosophy of love, care, and understanding and has a proven history of outstanding facility operations and survey compliance.

Responsibilities: (not all-inclusive)

• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the facility including management of the facility in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Develop and maintain employee relations and ensures the delivery of quality care.
• Monitors each department's activities, evaluates performance, provides feedback, and assists, observes, coaches, and disciplines as needed.
• Develops an environment that allows for creative thinking, problem-solving, and empowerment in the development of a facility management team.
• Establish facility budgets and financial goals.
• Ensure preparation compliance for regulatory surveys.
• Strategize with team members on census development and programs or services within the community.
