The Director of Twin Fountains Home is located in beautiful LaGrange, Georgia and functions as the Administrator of Wellstar Twin Fountains Home. Requirements |
Required Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in nursing, business, or related field; Master’s Degree preferred.
Required Minimum Licensure/Certification: Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in the State of Georgia in good standing.
Required Minimum Experience: Five years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare organization. Three years long term care (LTC) experience.
Required Minimum Skills: Ability to read, write and speak the English language; Strong leadership skills including the ability to direct multiple departments within LTC; Demonstrated knowledge of medical-legal and regulatory requirements; Strong customer service skills; Inter- and intra-departmental coordination of patient care activities; Delegation skills required; Ability to multi-task essential; Ability to function in stressful and emergency situations essential; Strong detail orientation required; Computer skills required; Personal time management skills required; Adept as a change agent; Utilizes wide range of theories in managing complex problems or problem resolution; Demonstrated expertise related to the following required: commitment to the advancement of LTC, interpersonal communication skills related to knowledge of group/system dynamics, commitment to staff education and development. Compliance with the CMS, State, DPH, CDC and Code of Ethics; Demonstrates knowledge of and practices within parameters outlined in the Medicare and Medicaid Conditions of Participation and the State of Georgia Regulations. Must possess a thorough knowledge of all aspects of LTC operations. Understanding and ability to manage financial performance of the organization in alignment with system goals.
