Requirements |
Education & Experience: Minimum Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in social work, sociology, psychology, or a related field, with two years’ experience in the human service or health related field. Or Master’s degree in social work, sociology, psychology, or a related field with at least two years’ experience.
Certification: CPR preferred
Knowledge/Training: Must have the ability to effectively coordinate and communicate with members, EDWP service providers, general public and other team members. Be able to establish and sustain interpersonal relationships by having the knowledge of human behavior or gerontology. Must have the knowledge and skill in social and health service intervention techniques and methodology.
Computer Skills: Must be proficient with general use and functions of computer technology such as Basic Microsoft Applications, starting programs, using files and windows, navigation buttons and tool bars.
Transportation: Must have reliable transportation.
