We are seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Director of Rehabilitation to lead and manage our multidisciplinary therapy teams across 3 skilled nursing facilities. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the therapy departments, ensuring compliance with regulations, optimizing clinical outcomes, and driving operational efficiency while delivering exceptional patient care. Providing oversight and guidance to Directors of Rehabilitation at each facility. |

| Requirements |
Education & Credentials
· Licensed Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Georgia or eligible for licensure.
· Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in a relevant therapy field.
Experience
· Minimum of 2 years of management or supervisory experience in a rehabilitation setting within skilled nursing care.
· Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement systems (PDPM) and therapy regulations.
