We are seeking a dynamic, mission-driven Director of Nursing Services (DNS) to lead our clinical team with vision, compassion, and a relentless pursuit of quality.
Position Overview
The DNS is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing all aspects of nursing care delivery, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving clinical excellence, and building a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for all nursing functions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff to foster a culture of clinical excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as internal standards and policies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient outcomes and exceptional satisfaction.
- Analyze clinical performance data and implement evidence-based strategies for improvement.
- Develop and manage nursing department budgets, staffing plans, and training programs.
- Act as a clinical resource and advocate for patients, families, and staff.

Requirements |
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) with current Georgia license.
- Bachelor’s/Masters degree in Nursing degree preferred.
- Minimum of several years of progressive leadership experience in a post-acute care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing environment. Previous acute care leadership experience may also suffice.
- Deep knowledge of CMS regulations, clinical standards of practice, and quality measures.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing clinical teams.
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Passion for excellence, innovation, and compassionate care.
