We are seeking a dynamic, mission-driven Director of Nursing Services (DNS) to lead our clinical team with vision, compassion, and a relentless pursuit of quality.

Position Overview

The DNS is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing all aspects of nursing care delivery, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving clinical excellence, and building a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for all nursing functions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff to foster a culture of clinical excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as internal standards and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient outcomes and exceptional satisfaction.
• Analyze clinical performance data and implement evidence-based strategies for improvement.
• Develop and manage nursing department budgets, staffing plans, and training programs.
• Act as a clinical resource and advocate for patients, families, and staff.
