Division Vice President
SUMMARY
Provide leadership coaching and guidance to Skilled Nursing Services’ Administrators in the management of the assigned skilled nursing centers in accordance with current federal, state and local regulations that govern long term care centers, and to oversee the implementation and compliance of clinical and business processes set forth by the system. Functions collaboratively within the matrix structure to align support for the success of each center.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Provides coaching leadership and oversight to Administrators for the overall operation of a successful center in accordance with current rules, regulations and guidelines that govern the long-term care nursing centers.
- Serves as the Governing Body to the centers assigned.
- Responsible for coordinating the collaboration of recruiting, developing, coaching, and retaining highly qualified and competent Administrators to enhance the organization’s ability for growth and succession planning.
- Reviews and analyzes skilled nursing center reports with the expectation to coach and help the skilled nursing center achieve defined goals.
- Responsible for ensuring thorough reporting and investigating for allegations of patient abuse and/or misappropriation of patient property in a timely manner.
- Collaborates with, and connects center leadership with, system support associates and resources able to provide expertise.
- Participates in the development and implementation of strategic, business, and operating plans based upon organization, patient, family, associate, community, medical staff, regulatory, and owner needs.

Requirements |
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field and eight years of related work experience.
- A Nursing Home Administrator License is required.
- Five years of long-term care management experience is preferred.
