Help Us Tell the Story of Long Term Care
Every day, our members are doing incredible work to enrich the lives of Georgia's long term care residents. The Terry J. Bryant Media Awards shine a spotlight on these efforts, celebrating the creative, compassionate, and impactful ways our centers connect with their communities and the public.
The awards will be presented during the GHCA Summer Convention, taking place June 8-12, 2025, at The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island.
We've streamlined the award categories to make the nomination process easier than ever. We encourage all member centers to apply and share their stories!
Award Categories:
Social Media Star
This award honors a GHCA member center that actively and positively promotes long term care through platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter). The ideal nominee regularly shares engaging posts, photos, and stories that highlight life within the center, while also encouraging community involvement and participation in events.
Terry J. Bryant Media Award
This award is given to a GHCA member center that demonstrates exceptional community and media outreach. Whether through newspaper articles, local news coverage, or creative partnerships, the winning center will have made a strong effort to share the story of long term care through various media channels.
