The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has selected Health Quality Innovators (HQI) as the Quality Innovation Network–Quality Improvement Organization (QIN‑QIO) serving Georgia.

As the CMS-funded QIN-QIO, HQI offers no‑cost support to help nursing homes strengthen quality and performance. HQI’s team of local quality improvement experts partner directly with facilities to provide one‑on‑one coaching, education and clinical resources, and technical assistance for both clinical and operational goals – all aligned with existing workflows.
