Georgia Nurse Aide Program are implementing important changes to improve the security and efficiency of accessing the Nurse Aide Training Program and certified nurse aide staff development resources.

Web Portal Access – Effective November 2025
Beginning November 3, 2025, all Nurse Aide Training Programs and staff development facilities will be REQUIRED to:
  1. Create a username and password on the Georgia Care Connect Web Portal and
  2. Use the portal to:
    1. Upload documents: Please do not send emails with attachments and/or scanned items, as we cannot open attachments nor process documents due to various computer viruses sent through emails.
    2. Access letters and reports
    3. View messages and correspondence
Each portal user will have their own OKTA account to access the Georgia Care Connect Portal. We are asking for each facility to upload contact information for each user that will need access. Prior to November 3, we will send out emails to each user with directions on how to set up their username and password. This email will come from noreply@okta.com
