At the Silver level, members develop and demonstrate effective approaches that help improve organizational performance and health care outcomes. 2019 recipients of the Silver award may now apply for the Gold – Excellence in Quality Award by further developing comprehensive strategies that meet the demands of the full Health Care Criteria for Performance Excellence. The 7 centers earning the award for 2019 bring the total number of active Silver Quality Award winning centers in Georgia to 44.
2019 recipients will be honored during AHCA/NCAL's 70th Convention & Expo, October 13-16, 2019 in Orlando, Florida.
