CNA to CMA Training Program

The CNA to CMA Training Program provides a template for nursing homes to train their staff to be certified medication aides. Facilities can use this program to offer their staff a promotion pathway. Having such pathways has been shown to help increase staff retention rates in healthcare facilities. The CNA to CMA Training Program was developed in partnership with the Georgia Department of Public Health, Georgia Health Care Association, and Magnolia Manor Senior Living.
